Why can't I access the Boutique Pro ?

This question is frequently asked by clients visiting our site.

Our Boutique Pro is uniquely available for tax exempt transactions. If you are a customer in the EU, you must have an EU VAT number to purchase our hair in the Boutique Pro. If you do not have a VAT number please contact us on Instagram @lux_symbolica so that we can add the appropriate sales tax.

For ALL customers outside of the EU, we do not add sales tax.

ACCESS TO BOUTIQUE PRO is given to:

- EU customers with a valid EU VAT number

- All business customers outside of the EU
